My collective real estate experience started back in the 1980’s, in Florida, with my father and uncles both in the commercial construction and masonry fields. I then transitioned into property management of high-rise parking structures, office space and self-storage facilities in Houston, Texas and Southern California as well as several of my own real estate operations. Later, I operated and managed a real estate finance company in California with over ten employees originating residential, land and commercial loans nationwide. After closing my real estate finance company, I went on to become the top commercial leasing agent in the Summer of 2006 for Retail Brokers Inc. (RBI) in Riverside, CA. In 2007 and 2008, I provided investment advisory services for over $100,000,000 in disposition of mixed-use commercial office, retail and single-tenant restaurant space in Houston, Texas. In summary, my professional real estate accomplishments to date include; $2,095,000 in residential sales and acquisitions, $3,365,462 in real estate finance, $3,007,020 in commercial retail leasing contracts and $100,927,617 in commercial investment advisory services. I possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing and hold a current Nevada and California Real Estate Broker’s license. My long-term objectives are to continually build, collaborate and work with commercial real estate investment professionals nationwide. Our specific purchase requirements are investment grade, absolute net lease transactions with brands that are 100% investment grade with long-term leases. CoreMarq, LLC purchases these investment grade, credit tenant deals for all cash.

CREDIT RATING: CoreMarq, LLC seeks credit rated companies with a BBB or better S&P credit rating.

INDUSTRIES: CoreMarq, LLC invests in investment grade companies from a variety of industries including but not limited to; retail, medical office and industrial warehouses.

LEASE TERM: 15 year minimum, long term 20+ years preferred.

LOCATIONS: NV, TX, IL and TN

PROPERTY TYPES: National Brands, Single Tenant, Net Leased only.

TRANSACTION SIZE: $1 MILLION to $3 million
